I remember the rising steam from my mother’s broth pot, the quiet rhythm of her and my father working together. Those moments are the foundation of everything we do today.
When we opened our doors in Adelaide, our mission was clear, bring the authentic taste of Hanoi to Australia, while operating a business that honours both tradition and modern responsibility.
Challenges We Faced
Running a high-energy kitchen and dining space comes with significant overheads, and one of the biggest was energy costs.
