Beat Energy Fees and Network Charges

We are committed to being fair and transparent by helping you keep your electricity costs down. While some Network fees are unavoidable, you have the option to avoid or minimise many others by choosing email bills or direct debit for payments.

These fees apply to both residential and business customers on any of our energy plans:

Local network fees and charges The poles, wires, and meters at your premises are managed by your local network provider. If we coordinate a service call with them on your behalf, their associated fee will be passed on to you. The tables below outline common service fees. Please note that additional charges may apply for urgent, after-hours, or on-site requests. Your electricity bill will identify your specific network provider.
