I've had my Emberpulse® for a couple of years now and the advice get from them is spot on.
They even advised me on upgrading my solar panels from a 2kWh system to a 6.6 kWh, also on installation of the new system where one of the arrays was inadvertently left switched off and without the Emberpulse®, we would never have known until the next bill then probably overlooked it. I know a lot of people say that if you have a smart meter you can get the same information through the provider's app but to me, it is not as concise and usually arrives two days later.
Also, Alyson in customer service is a gem; nothing is too much trouble to her and her advice and patience is unbelievable - even down to changing providers etc. In a nutshell we couldn't keep track of energy and solar usage without the Emberpulse®.
