Credit card payment fee 1%
A fee of 1% applies to payments made by credit card.
Paper bill fee $2.00
A $2.00 fee applies if paper billed.
Late payment fee $16.00
A $16.00 fee applies for each bill that's paid after the due date.
Disconnection fee for moving out of the premises $50.25
Standard disconnection fee applies. Actual charges may vary, please contact your distributor.
Direct debit dishonour fee
A $11.00 (inc. GST) fee applies if payment is dishonoured or reversed.
