Payment Processing Fee
Debit card transactions are subject to a 0.46% fee and credit card payments incur a 0.81% fee.
Paper bill fee $2.00
A $2.00 fee applies if paper billed.
Late payment fee $16.00
A $16.00 fee applies for each bill that's paid after the due date.
Direct debit dishonour fee
A $10.00 fee applies if payment is dishonoured or reversed. This charge is not subject to GST.
Disconnection fee for moving out of the premises
May be charged when you move out and require a final meter read. Actual fee may vary, please contact your distributor.
